The Photograph:
Canon Pro-100 printers using archival ink are used to professionally produce your print. We’re currently printing on Canon Photo Paper Plus Semi-Gloss and Canon Photo Paper Pro Luster depending on the image.  All prints are hand-signed by the photographer in black ink in the lower right-hand corner. Photographs are not matted or framed. Watermark will not appear on your print.


Print sizes:

Print sizes refer only to the paper size, which are available in 5×7, 8 1/2×11, 11×17, 13×19.  Each image is uniquely cropped based on aesthetics chosen by the photographer, and is inset from the edge of the paper to accommodate the photographer’s signature.


Payment Method:

We use Paypal as our shopping cart system. Paypal is the industry leader in security and consumer protection. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to purchase prints, you can login as a guest and use a major credit card. We are confident in this process, however if you would rather make a transaction over the phone (510) 669-0305, we are happy to accommodate you. Sales tax collected on all California sales.


Packing/Shipping:

We take great care in packaging and shipping your photograph. It is our goal to make sure your photograph arrives in perfect condition. All prints are shipped flat, using layers of heavy-duty cardboard. Every photograph is custom printed at the time the order is placed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for printing and shipping. If you are facing a deadline or need a rush order, please contact us prior to making your order and we will discuss expedited shipping options.


Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and, if you’re not, we want to know about it. The return policy below has been created to insure your complete satisfaction with all purchased photographs.

  1. Any photograph may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges). The photograph must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  2. We must be contacted via email at leahsteinbergphotos @ gmail.com prior to the photograph being returned. You must specify in the email the name of the shipping carrier you will use for returning the item. You will receive a confirmation email with a return address.
  3. You must use a shipping service that has package tracking capability.
  4. You must insure the item for the amount of the purchase price.
  5. The returned photograph must be shipped in its original or similar quality container and be wrapped in the original or equivalent quality packing material. We take extra precautions to ensure that your photograph is delivered to you in pristine condition. For a full refund, we request that these same precautions are taken to protect the photograph during its return trip.
